WATERPARK CLOSED TO MOTORISED VESSELS
In conjunction with Maritime Safety Queensland, Goondiwindi Regional Council has temporarily closed the waterway of the Goondiwindi Natural Heritage & Water Park to all motorised vessels due to low water levels.
The grounds of the Water Park will remain open. Residents and visitors to our region are encouraged to enjoy the other activities that the Goondiwindi Natural Heritage & Water Park has to offer including a beached swimming area, canoeing, playgrounds, BBQ facilities, bird and wildlife watching.
PLANNING ACT 2016 PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice of the Goondiwindi Region Local Government Infrastructure Plan
Notice is given under the Planning Act 2016 that on 20 August 2018, Goondiwindi Regional Council adopted the Local Government Infrastructure Plan.
The Goondiwindi Region Local Government Infrastructure Plan took effect on 20 August 2018.
The Goondiwindi Region Local Government Infrastructure Plan will be available for inspection and purchase at the following Customer Service Centres:
- Civic Centre, 100 Marshall Street, Goondiwindi.
- Council Chambers, 4 McLean Street, Goondiwindi.
- Inglewood, 18 Elizabeth Street.
- Texas, High Street.
The Goondiwindi Region Local Government Infrastructure can also be viewed and downloaded from Council’s website.
