COVID-19 UPDATE 3

To comply with the new updates to Coronavirus measures announced by the Prime Minister Scott Morrison yesterday evening, the following additional Council facilities and services will close effective today, 25 March 2020:

• The Inglewood Swimming Pool;
• Community halls:
  • Daymar Hall;
  • The Goondiwindi Waggamba Community Cultural Centre;
  • The Golden Age Centre / PCYC Riverview Function Centre;
  • Talwood Community Centre;
  • Tarawera Club / Hall;
  • Texas Memorial Hall;
  • Weengallon Hall;
  • Yelarbon Memorial Hall;
• The library facilities in Goondiwindi, Texas and Inglewood will remain closed. Goondiwindi Regional Council is continuing to try to source alternative ways of providing library services and resources that can be accessed under current restrictions.
