APPROVED INSPECTION PROGRAM
In accordance with Section 134 of the Local Government Act 2009 and Section 113 of the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Act 2008, Council resolved at its meeting on Wednesday 22 April 2026 to approve a systematic property Inspection Program within the town areas of Goondiwindi, Inglewood, Texas, Yelarbon, Bungunya, Toobeah and Talwood.
Council’s authorised officers will be undertaking a door knock of properties in the town areas named above, as part of the Inspection Program.
The Inspection Program will be conducted from Monday 11 May 2026 to Friday 31 July 2026, with inspections to be carried out during the following times:
