This page provides public access to Council’s decisions on Development Applications (DAs) assessed under the Queensland Planning Act 2016 and associated planning instruments – helping to keep the community informed about development activity in the region.

Development applications are assessed against relevant legislation, planning schemes, policies, and technical standards.

Please note that some applications may be subject to appeal rights under legislation, and a decision published on this page does not necessarily represent the final outcome of a development proposal.
