    Goondiwindi Regional Council today approved a proposal to waive the release fee for dogs and cats that are impounded for the first time.

    The Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy (DNRME), have recommended that the 30th November 2018 be the last day for free camping at Redmond Park. Yesterday Goondiwindi Regional Council resolved to accept this date.

    Bike riding in Goondiwindi is now safer and more connected thanks to the completion of a new link in the Principal Cycle Network Plan. The new 576m section of shared footpath runs along McLean Street from Winton Street to Callandoon Lane.
