Community Grants & Donations

« Back

Council has available financial assistance to support community organisations that make a positive contribution to the quality of life in the Goondiwindi Regional Council area.

Council has in place a Community Grants Policy to provide a platform on which decisions regarding allocation of donations and grants are to be based.

Funding will be provided on a ‘project’ or ‘program’ basis.  All applications will be assessed against eligibility and selection criteria.  Such applications will be assessed in an open and equitable manner.  The level of assistance available is limited by Council’s budget.  No applicant can be guaranteed funding nor can any applicant be guaranteed to receive the full amount requested.
