More COVID-19 vaccine clinics announced for Goondiwindi Region this week

  • Thursday 19 August, 1 pm ⁠– 5 pm; Friday 20 August, 9 am – 12 pm
  • Inglewood Sports Centre (MacIntyre Sports Complex), Chilcott St, Inglewood

  • NSW Border Zone Residents: Call 07 4699 8384 (8.30 am – 4.30 pm) to book in advance. Please be patient as we understand an overwhelming number are trying to book.

Reminder to New South Wales Border Zone Residents

Residents from both sides of the border are invited to attend the above clinics. New South Wales (NSW) Border Zone residents may enter Queensland to receive a COVID-19 vaccination, provided they have not been in a COVID-19 hotspot outside the Border Zone.

NSW Border Zone residents will need to ensure they have their Queensland Border Declaration Pass - Border Zone Travel (X Pass) to enter Queensland to receive their vaccine. Vaccine availability at local medical centres and pharmacies

The vaccine is available locally at the Goondiwindi Medical Centre, the Inglewood Medical Centre and the Texas Family Medical Centre, as well as numerous local pharmacies in the region. Please contact your local healthcare provider for more information.

Additional vaccine clinics outside the region

Warwick Showgrounds: Pfizer only vaccine clinic ⁠— Tuesday 24 August – Friday 27 August (8.30 am – 3.50 pm), and Saturday 28 August (8.30 am – 1 pm).

Toowoomba Baillie Henderson Hospital: Walk-in appointments available for both Astra Zeneca and Pfizer, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 4 pm.
